Waterbury, Vermont is truly a cross country skier's dream...Vermont's widest variety of XC trails and touring centers are all just a cup of hot chocolate away!!!

Waterbury is close to over 800 kilometers of groomed and tracked cross country ski trails in touring centers in nearby Bolton, Stowe, Sugarbush, Waitsfield and Warren. The frozen 800-acre Waterbury Reservoir and the trails in the surrounding Little River State Park provide additional XC wilderness opportunites. And Nordic skiers can also access the Catamount Trail which runs along the summits of the Green Mountains from the Massachussets border to the Canadian border.
